After completing his psychology degree in 1989, Matthias Streib took on a job with the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN) and worked several years in development cooperation projects in Pakistan and Bolivia, and at the headquarters of the FAO in Rome.
After this exciting experience in developing countries, he joined in 1994 Ciba Geigy Ltd. (now Novartis) at its headquarters in Basel. After over 13 years of HR at Novartis, Matthias Streib joined a global outplacement company as an outplacement consultant in 2008, which entrusted him the management of the Basel office.
